In a ruling applauded by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the California Supreme Court upheld restrictions that would prohibit sex offenders from living near schools and parks. That’s what a recent audit of the Wisconsin sex offender registry found. Four sex offenders listed the same address of licensed child care providers.
